Našiel som skvelého zubára! Mala som problémy so zubami a pán doktor odviedol skvelú prácu (fazety). Bola som veľmi spokojná ako s priebehom ošetrenia, tak aj s výsledkami. Mehmet mi bol celý čas k dispozícii a pomáhal mi v rôznych oblastiach. Postaral sa mi o ubytovanie a transfer a Mehmet mi pomohol napríklad aj so súkromnými akciami. Kaderníctvo, nákupy atď. Počas celého dňa som sa cítila veľmi príjemne. Ďakujeme za priateľské a profesionálne služby. Určite môžem odporučiť!😊

Kvalitné služby! So starostlivosťou som bola naozaj spokojná. Prišiel som, pretože som mal vážne problémy so zubami a skupina Saluss skutočne dokázala zázraky. Klinika je veľmi čistá a s optimálnym vybavením. Okrem poskytovania kvalitnej starostlivosti bol všetok personál skutočne pozorný, ústretový, milý a efektívny. Naozaj boli perfektné od začiatku do konca (s vedomím, že som prišiel dvakrát, raz pred pár mesiacmi na umiestnenie implantátov a tentoraz na korunky).Ošetrujúci profesionáli sú skutočne svedomití a efektívni. Nehovoriac o ich neustálej láskavosti. Naozaj zaslúžených 5/5.Úplne odporúčam ísť tam.Ďakujem ľuďom, ktorí sa o mňa starali (ospravedlňujem sa, ak som zabudol niektoré mená) vrátane Dylan, Khan, Ismail, doktor Ismail a doktor Yural serenay (ktorí sa o mňa počas tohto pobytu úplne starali, výnimočná žena aj pre jeho kvalitu prácu a pre jeho dobré srdce).

Kliniku môžem naozaj odporučiť. Výborná komunikácia, aj po osobnej stránke. Generálny manažér sa o všetko staral do poslednej sekundy a bol veľmi citlivý. Veľmi kompetentne pôsobili aj dámy a páni z nemocnice. Preto môžem týchto špecialistov každému len odporučiť. Dúfam, že to nebude nikdy potrebné, ale ak áno, urobím to znova.

SALUSS Medical is an excellent clinic in Antalya , Turkey. The clinic is very clean, and well equipped, with the latest in Hair Transplant also in Dental implants and so on .I was met at the airport from Mehmet , he organized accommodation and transport and I was taken to and from the clinic, which is located in the centre of town. Mehmet is brilliant at putting your mind at easy and explains everything step by step . I cannot thank the team enough for their welcoming hospitality on top of the brilliant service they provide. I had my hair transplant done with very minimal pain , the work was extremely professional , excellent service from start to finish .I am so happy I went to Saluss Medical Clinic from the moment I arrived the staff were very professional and friendly.I have Already told my family and friends about this excellent Clinic .I would highly recommend SALUSS Medical Clinic in Antalya for anyone looking to have Hair Transplant done or Dental implants and also have a lovely holiday by the sea .Thank you very much !!!

I had a professional experience with SALUSS MEDICAL GROUP with Dr Busra and her team having a hair transplant of roughly 6000+ grafts. I was collected and dropped off with care for all appointments. The consultation process, surgery and follow up aftercare have been excellent. The procedure went well and the aftercare is brilliant I thoroughly recommend this company.

I recently had my dental work done with Saluss Medical Group in Antalya. What an AMAZING experience! The entire team, from the airport pick up driver to the dentist, was just beyond anything I could have expected. I had wanted 12 crowns and when I showed up, the dentist told me I only needed 8. That’s when I was sure this was healthcare first and foremost. He gave me honesty and transparency and showed me all my treatment care plan options. The patient centred collaborative care put me at ease. The technology and cleanliness of the clinic was also very impressive.My health coordinator, Ipak, was just an absolute gem. She was available 24/7 without hesitation. She helped me navigate and acted as my advocate at every dental appointment. She went above and beyond the call of duty for sure. I felt like family by the end of the trip.As someone who works in the health care field, I can be sure that this is not the standard in North America. I was blown away by the service, expertise and hospitality of the Saluss Medical Group. 10/10!!! I can not recommend enough!

Mal priateľskú konzultáciu v Saluss Medical Group. Okamžite mi bolo dohodnuté stretnutie so zubárom. Hneď som dostal aj cenovú kalkuláciu.Po niekoľkých týždňoch začala liečba. Predtým som bol vyzdvihnutý z letiska a ubytovaný v peknom hoteli. Veľmi profesionálne procesy.som velmi spokojna!

She speaks perfect English and translates perfectly and helps negotiate the right treatment at the right price.

I had the pleasure to find this company thru a friend, everything was spot on since first time when I started talking with Dylan( a very nice and helpful person which was looking after everything) till last moment in Antalya. The hotel was great, the clinic was amazing, staff very nice and friendly which made me a little bit more comfortable. My family and I have always used the Saluss Medical clinics. I have had 2 hair transplants and my partner regular dental work.We’ve always been charged reasonable prices and I’ve always had fast reactive feedback to questions from the team, both before and after treatments.Prior to each treatment we are always fully briefed and have a qualified interpreter on hand to help during the process.These are definitely a good team and well worth using.

Dilan from Saluss has been a fantastic host for us, helping with some minor surgery. Making sure every question was answered and making us feel at ease by liaising with all involved. The medical treatment really is like good private care back home.Great country and lovely people.

Bol som na transplantácii vlasov v Saluss Medical Group. Bol to pre mňa veľmi pekný zážitok. Chcel by som za to veľmi pekne poďakovať tímu na transplantáciu vlasov. Šéfke tímu pani Büşre a pánovi Mehmetovi, ktorí sa o mňa predtým starali a po operácii boli veľmi zdvorilí a chápaví.

Určite neodporúčam.Pred 1 rokom som bola na transplantácii vlasov, výsledok bol zlý a vyzeralo to riedko. Najprv povedali, že v prípade problémov pomôžu, ale opäť pýtali poplatok a o 1-ročnú lehotu nikto nemal záujem.Nikto sa neozval, aby sa spýtal. Dve rôzne.Stretol som sa s lekárom a povedali, že transplantácia bola vykonaná zle a kvôli tomu nemôžem získať žiadne výsledky.Neodporúčam, pridávam foto aby ste videli.

Sú to podvodníci, nemajú kanceláriu ani miesto, nesplácajú dlhy a nestoja si za svojou prácou. Dokonca aj ich polohy na mapách Google sú falošné. Ak máte problém, nenájdete nikoho, kto by vás kontaktoval, dávajte si pozor... Je len jedno telefónne číslo, ktorým odpovedá a koho nechce.

Objednala som sa na procedúru PRP. Bohužiaľ, personál kliniky prestal volať späť po tom, čo som mnohokrát odložil môj termín, pričom uviedol rôzne dôvody. Aj keď som čakal niekoľko dní, svoj zákrok som nemal urobený.
